FDA-Registered Supplement Fulfillment
Every lot traced to the exact orders it shipped on and the exact shelf it's sitting on. One dedicated account manager, not a ticket queue.
Built for supplement and wellness brands shipping 1,000 to 10,000+ orders a month.
Most 3PLs treat supplements like any other SKU.
A general warehouse tracks SKUs. Supplements need lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage conditions tracked on every unit, and most warehouses aren't built for that.
When it goes wrong, you usually don't see it right away. A mixed lot ships, or a subscriber gets an expired unit, or gummies melt in a summer warehouse, or an FBA shipment gets rejected for missing expiration labels. You find out weeks later from a review or an Amazon notice.
If you've been burned by a 3PL before, you know how that goes. We built Stride to catch it first.
Dietary supplement warehousing built for traceability
Recall-ready lot traceability
Every order is tied to the lot numbers it shipped with, and every unit in the warehouse is tracked by lot and location. If a batch has a problem, we can tell you which customers received it and how much is still on the shelf, then hold the rest immediately.
Climate-controlled room, temperature-logged
Gummies, softgels and other heat-sensitive products are stored in a dedicated room held at controlled room temperature, around 70°F, out of the summer heat on a standard warehouse floor. Temperatures are logged, and records are available for your audits.
FDA-registered facility
Registered with the FDA as a food facility. A facility set up for regulated goods, not one that just happens to accept them.
Lot-controlled picking
Every pick is scanned against SKU and lot before it's packed. Short-dated stock ships first-expiry-first-out, so the wrong lot never reaches a customer.
Amazon FBA prep
Expiration-date labeling, FNSKU labels, bundling, and routing compliance, so inbound shipments clear Amazon receiving the first time.
Subscriptions, kits, and bundles
Monthly boxes, starter kits, and multi-SKU bundles assembled in-house, with lot tracking intact inside every kit.
Sanitation and pest control
Scheduled cleaning, plus a licensed pest-control program with regular service visits. Records are available for your retailer, Amazon or FDA audits.
Vitamin, nutraceutical, and wellness fulfillment
Every format and category we ship is tracked by lot, from receiving to your customer's door.
The moments that break most 3PLs
14 days, every lot traced.
A supplement brand needed 300,000 units prepped and routed to Amazon FBA against a launch deadline. We received, labeled, prepped, and shipped all of them in 14 days.
In one weekend, after a viral moment.
When EZ Outlet went viral, orders jumped from about 10 to 2,000+ in a single weekend. Everything shipped, with no disruption.
When something's off with a lot, one message gets it handled.
Your dedicated account manager knows your SKUs, lots and launch calendar, and works directly with the warehouse team running your inventory. No ticket queues, no help desk, no rotating reps.
Switch your supplement 3PL without going dark.
Most brands are live and shipping within a week. We load your SKUs, lot numbers, and expiration dates before your first pallet arrives, so nothing is received blind.
We're 30 miles from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. That means faster receiving on imported goods and shorter transit to West Coast customers and Amazon fulfillment centers.
Supplement fulfillment FAQ
Is Stride an FDA-registered 3PL?
Yes. Our facility is registered with the FDA as a food facility.
What's the difference between a supplement 3PL and a regular warehouse?
Traceability. A regular warehouse tracks SKUs. A supplement 3PL tracks the lot number and expiration date on every unit, picks first-expiry-first-out, and can tie any batch to the orders it shipped on.
Can you trace a lot if there's a recall?
Yes. Lots are recorded on every order and every inventory location. We report which customers received a batch and how much is still on the shelf, and hold the remaining units immediately.
Do you offer temperature-controlled storage?
Yes. Heat-sensitive products are stored in a dedicated room held at controlled room temperature, around 70°F, with temperatures logged. We don't offer refrigerated or cool storage, so products that need 36–46°F cold chain aren't a fit.
Do you handle protein powders?
Yes, in tubs, pouches, and stick packs, with lot tracking and FBA prep.
Can you handle Amazon FBA prep for supplements?
Yes: expiration-date labeling, FNSKU labeling, bundling, and routing compliance. We prepped 300,000 supplement units for FBA in 14 days.
Do you ship to retailers as well as DTC?
Yes. We handle retailer compliance, EDI, and dropship alongside DTC orders, all from one inventory pool.
How long does it take to switch supplement 3PLs?
Most brands are live and shipping within a week, with no gap in fulfillment.
